What happens if you have an accident?

If you can, drive your vehicle to Fairground Body Shop. If your vehicle is not driveable, have it towed there, call KO Towing at 770-650-1413. They offer roadside assistance and towing 24/7.

Provide your insurance information or the other party's insurance information to Fairground Body Shop. We will contact the insurance company to coordinate the claim. Most insurance companies will accept the estimate from Fairground Body Shop and an appraiser will not need to come out. Once the estimate is accepted and authorized, repairs will proceed.

When repairs are completed, Fairground Body Shop will coordinate payment from the insurance company. Fairground Body Shop does the work so you don't have to.

2. Only you, the owner, can authorize repairs to your vehicle.
3. Repair estimates will vary. A lower estimate may not include necessary repairs such as front or rear wheel alignment, re-aiming your headlights, etc. It is your vehicle; make sure it is repaired to your satisfaction.
4. If an agreement cannot be reached between your insurance company and the repair shop, your policy has an "appraisal clause" whereby an independent appraiser can be called in to help resolve the matter.
